Adriana Calderon is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Transfer Pricing Solutions Asia and Malaysia, and one of the Asia-Pacific region's most respected transfer pricing practitioners. With a career spanning South America, Australia and Asia, Adriana has built a reputation for helping multinational organisations navigate complex transfer pricing challenges with confidence, clarity and commercial insight.

Recognised as a Women in Tax Leader and Notable Practitioner in Singapore by International Tax Review, Adriana is widely regarded for her technical expertise, practical approach and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for multinational clients across the region. Her experience spans a broad range of industries, including automotive, utilities, manufacturing, steel and consumer products, advising on transfer pricing compliance, dispute management, financial transactions, BEPS implementation and strategic planning.

Adriana's journey began in Colombia, where she qualified as a lawyer specialising in commercial and taxation law. Driven by a passion for international taxation, she later moved to Australia to complete a Master of International Taxation at the University of Melbourne. During this time, she developed a deep interest in transfer pricing and began a professional relationship with TPS Founder, Shannon Smit, that would ultimately shape the next stage of her career.

After gaining experience across specialist and Big Four environments, Adriana played a pivotal role in establishing Transfer Pricing Solutions Asia in Singapore. What started as a response to growing demand for experienced, senior-led transfer pricing advice evolved into a successful regional practice serving clients throughout Asia-Pacific. Several years later, she also led the expansion into Malaysia, helping build TPS into one of the region's leading boutique transfer pricing firms.

Today, Adriana leads the firm's Asia-Pacific practice and remains closely involved in its most complex engagements. Her unique background in law, tax and accounting enables her to approach transfer pricing from both a technical and commercial perspective, ensuring clients receive practical advice that stands up to scrutiny while supporting business objectives.

Beyond client work, Adriana is a recognised educator and thought leader within the profession. She regularly delivers training and presentations for leading organisations including the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and Singapore Chartered Tax Professionals, while also facilitating workshops for CFOs, tax teams, advisers and government authorities.

Her contribution extends beyond education and into policy. Adriana was appointed as the Singapore Chartered Tax Professionals representative before the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore for the Transfer Pricing Roundtable, where she contributes to discussions on emerging transfer pricing developments and the future direction of Singapore's tax administration framework.
